Stuck Kundalini, Blocked Kundalini, Kundalini Blockage, Sushumna Obstruction, Kundalini Symtpoms and Psychosis

My Kundalini/Meditation Experiences  relevant to this post:
  • All the experiences under headings Body Movements (jerks, shaking, etc.), Body Sensations, and Breathing experiences in the following post:
http://kundalini-brahmajnani.blogspot.in/2016/05/kundalini-experiences-mediation.html

People talk about Kundalini getting STUCK in some part of their body, especially Chakra locations. This is a myth! Pure Lies! Kundalini never gets stuck anywhere.

You may have unnatural sensations (vibrations, pain/pressure, pulling, pulsations, swirling, twirling, worm/air movement, etc) in any body cavity or body area after meditation. This is NOT DUE TO KUNDALINI. These sensations are due to excessive air getting trapped or rupture of minute blood vessels/nerve damage in a body cavity/area due to meditation/over-concentration/over-focusing on that body cavity/area.

Unnatural sensation in body cavity/area even after meditation is because:
  • You may have been concentrating/focusing on that body area for long. For example, concentrating/focusing on a Chakra location, spine, head, forehead, heart, etc.
  • You may have suddenly twisted, turned, moved and hurt that area.
  • You may have been practicing breathing techniques, Pranayama, Kirya, Bandha, Mudra, or difficult/crooked body postures to awaken Kundalini.
  • You may have been shaking or moving that area deliberately for long, for ex., shaking the neck, blinking eyes, etc.
  • You may have been sleeping during meditation and suddenly wake up jerking your head/body.
  • MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, you may have persisted in one body posture/position for long despite experiencing pain, pressure, heat, warmth, movement, or other unnatural sensations in that body area.
  • Many other reasons that stem from misunderstanding spirituality and meditation.
Sitting in a rigid posture; sitting for a longer duration of time without changing your position despite feeling pain, pressure, heat, air movement will damage your body area or cavity, spinal column, and nervous system irreparably.

Kundalini does not get obstructed in Sushumna. Sushumna will NEVER get obstructed or blocked.
Kundalini is a great benefactor. Kundalini cannot and will not hurt you. However, you may harm yourself by practicing wrong meditation techniques to awaken Kundalini.

Once prana/kundalini shakti enters Sushumna, you cannot have complete control over your body. Kundalini power takes over your body and does what is good for you.

If you are meditating in a wrong position/twisted position, Kundalini will not ascend. No harm done.

PRANA OR ENERGY DURING KUNDALINI AWAKENING EITHER DROPS DOWN OR GETS DISSIPATED THROUGHOUT YOUR SPIRITUAL BODY/SPIRITUAL NERVES. NO HARM DONE.

People start convulsing violently and drop to the ground (if they have been standing) when Kundalini awakens. After the intense Kundalini experience is over, they feel very light, relaxed, and energetic. No harm done.

Due to pranayama/bandha (locking of breath) or too much concentration/focusing on a body cavity/part, air gets trapped there. Also due to excessive concentration/focusing on a body part, minute nerves and blood vessels get damaged or ruptured. This is wrongly called as Kundalini getting stuck or Kundalini Symptom. There is nothing called Kundalini symptom or Kundalini syndrome--this is a creation of ignorant people who have hurt themselves due to wrong meditation practices to awaken Kundalini. People, without having a real Kundalini experience, hurt/harm themselves with wrong meditations and blame it on Kundalini.

KUNDALINI SYMPTOMS/KUNDALINI SYNDROME/KUNDALINI PSYCHOSIS:
LIES! You will either have Kundalini experiences or you will not have Kundalini experiences. There is nothing called "Kundalini Symptoms," "Kundalini Syndrome," or "Kundalini Psychosis." These are all lies, imaginations, or hallucinations of ignorant people, fakes, propagandists, hypochondriacs, liars, or those who have damaged their bodies and minds due to wrong meditation techniques and practices without having a real Kundalini experiences.
http://kundalini-brahmajnani.blogspot.com/2016/05/dangers-in-meditation-meditation-or.html
These are real physical problems, psychiatric hallucinations, and mental disorders due to weak mind, weak nervous system, lack of good sleep, lack of healthy food and lifestyle, concentrated and magnified imaginations, excessive mental activities, hyperbolic views, etc., all due to wrong meditation/spiritual practices and misconceptions about meditation, spirituality, and Kundalini.
http://kundalini-brahmajnani.blogspot.com/2016/05/hallucination-imagination-and-kundalini.html

Due to meditation, the mind starts getting concentrated and can think deeply about anything day and night. During this time, if a person starts imagining, then due to the depth of his/her imagination, every thought seems to play out in front of him/her. A person loses sleep due to imagination, and even if he/she sleeps, the mind will continue thinking about the object of imagination. This will get reflected in dreams. Gradually, with lack of good food, health, sleep, such a concentrated/deep imagination will turn into hallucinations, which over a period of time will result in mental disorders, lunacy, psychosis, etc. In such cases, you need to stop practicing meditation and forget spirituality until you get alright. You need to stop being with spiritual persons and start being with worldly persons, involving yourself in worldly thoughts and worldly activities. Undisturbed sleep of 7-8 hours is a MUST.

SOLUTION TO THE "STUCK" KUNDALINI/"BLOCKED KUNDALINI":
If you still think you have STUCK Kundalini, my view is that if your Kundalini awakens but for once during this STUCK period, then the obstruction will clear immediately. If Kundalini rising has caused blockage or obstruction, then this blockage or obstruction can be released or freed through Kundalini rising itself (another Kundalini rising). Therefore, you need to release or free the stuck Kundalini the same way you blocked or obstructed it.

SHUBHAMASTU – Let Good Happen to You!

Religion versus Spirituality, Science versus Spirituality, Body/Matter versus Spirit, Spiritual/Astral Body or Sukshma/Ativahika Sharira, Belief/Perception versus Reality, Chit versus Jada, Mind versus Pure Mind, Maya, Goal of Spirituality; Shoonya, Shunya, The Great Void, Nothingness, DNA vs Kundalini DNA

What is religion or Dharma?
Dharma means Kaaya-Vaacha-Manasa Karma. In other words religion means a set of activities to be/not to be performed by the body, speech, and mind. Belief in God/Divinity/Scripture is a mental activity.

What is spirituality or Adhyatma?
A super-normal principle resides in all of us, which is called by various names -- spirit, Atma, soul, etc. Spirituality or aadhyatma is about realizing this supernormal principle.

Common sense: If all the followers of all the religions of the world were to stop practicing religion, then all the religions of the world would be dead. We don’t need a religion to live, but without a spirit, we are all dead as a dodo.

All the good religions of the world are founded, based, and dependent on spirituality. In other words, all the religious teachings/ideas/concepts are based on the spiritual teachings of the ancient Self-realized/Enlightened Seers. Therefore, spirituality is the master of all religions. Spirituality is independent of all religions.

Even an atheist who doesn't believe in any religion or a person who practices a religion that condemns meditation can also have the following spiritual experiences if he/she is spiritual:
http://kundalini-brahmajnani.blogspot.in/2016/05/kundalini-experiences-mediation.html

Our Spirit can be experienced and has the same characteristics as mentioned by the ancient Seers. Knowledge of our Spirit/Soul also leads to understanding the reality of the Cosmos and Creation.

Different religions were born due to rightly or wrongly understanding the ancient Seers' knowledge of the Spirit/Soul/Cosmos/Creation. In other words, the reason for different religions is due to understanding, misunderstanding, misinterpreting, or manipulating the ancient Seers' knowledge.

This is the reason why we have so many religions. As mentioned above, religion is about physical/mental activities. Spirituality starts when all our physical and mental activities become SILENT. When there is physical and mental silence, spiritual and super-conscious activities begin and we realize the supernormal principle that lies in us.

This supernormal principle is called variously: Spirit/Soul, spiritual/astral/ethereal body (Sukshma/Ativahika Sharira), Shuddha Chitta/Manas (pure/spiritual mind), Chit (Spirit, Spiritual Consciousness or Awareness), Saakshi (Witness), Jnaata or Kshetrajna (Knower), Drashta (Seer), etc.

Thus, we have two realities--physical and spiritual. The ancient Seers called our physical nature/reality as Jada (physical body or matter) and our spiritual nature/reality as Chit (spiritual body/mind/consciousness or spirit). They said that the spirit gets attached/entangled to a physical form due to Chit-Jada Granthi (spirit-matter entanglement/attachment or knots of the heart).

The Seers said that the goal of spirituality is to loosen, detach, or separate Chit (Spiritual Body) from Jada (Physical Body) and  get liberated from all the wrong beliefs, ignorance, activities, sufferings, and limitations of the physical body-mind complex.

My experiences relevant to this post:
1) I saw a spiritual body floating up in a cloudy sky. I heard some dogs howl. I woke up. The dogs were howling. I realized I had been sleep-meditating. I rushed outside my room. The dogs were howling looking toward the building I was staying at. They stopped howling when they saw me. I looked up at the sky. It was cloudy and exactly the same as I had just seen! My room was in the first floor of a 3-storey lodge. (Ordinary dogs seem to know much more about us than all types of past/present scientists put together.)
2) I witnessed my ethereal or astral body sitting and meditating. This body is entirely different than anyone has ever read or imagined.
3) I experienced that I have no body and that I was unborn; there was kind of darkness everywhere. I regained my body consciousness, only then did I know that I had been meditating.
4) I witnessed a brightness or whiteness everywhere, I turned in all directions, and it was the same everywhere. There was nothing apart from this brightness – no objects, no body (not even any spiritual body).
5) From a distance, I watched my physical body lying, sleeping, and snoring.
Rutam/Ritam or Sanatana Dharma (the Great Cosmic Principle or the Eternal Laws of Pinda (oneself/Chit and Jada) and Brahmanda (Cosmos/Creation) As Per Scriptures and Brahmajnanis (Seers):
1) Chit (spiritual body) has taken up Jada (physical body).
2) Jada will age, decay, and die whereas Chit will never age, decay, or die.
3) Upon the death of an Ajnani/Baddha (ignorant, one who has not loosened all the knots of the spiritual heart), his/her spirit/Chit will will take birth in a new physical body based on Karma and many other variables.
4) Upon the death of a Jnaani/Mukta (one who has loosened all the knots of the spiritual heart), his/her Chit will remain in its pure singular form, without rebirth.

Chit is invisible, unquantifiable, or unknowable and cannot be experienced by Ajnaanis or Baddhas because of the knots of the heart. The Chit (Spirit or Consciousness) can be experienced only through Kundalini awakening. Those who have not had Kundalini awakening will not know anything about the existence of a spiritual body/spirit/Chit.

Ordinary people and scientists say since the spirit/Chit is not visible, is not measurable with their Jada (matter, scientific) instruments, or since it is not experienced with their physical senses/mind, it does not exist. Such limited, incomplete, or one-sided knowledge was called as Maya by the Jnaanis (Seers).

Vedic Reality/Mantra about Initial Creation:
Om Kham Brahma or Ahm Kham Brahm: There was just an empty space (Kham, Akasha) and a conscious being (Brahm, Chit). Then It thought—generation of a vibration (OM/AUM/AHM/AHAM/Supreme Sound/Vibration). Vibrations/waves become matter and vice versa.
Thus, the empty space (kham, akasha) due to the vibrations/waves (om/ahm) of the consciousness (Brahm, Chit) metamorphosed into the veritable cosmos with all the universes, galaxies, planets, living and non-living beings, you and me, etc., with some guiding principles/laws. This is called Ritam or Sanatana Dharma (The Great Cosmic Principle/The Eternal Laws of Nature). Just like Pancha Prana (5 types of vital breaths) which enables us to perform various activities, this Supreme Sound/Vibration Om gives movement and direction to everything in this cosmos. The variety in the cosmos is due the Supreme Sound vibrating in different frequencies.

To know about OM/AUM/AHM/AHAM, click:
http://kundalini-brahmajnani.blogspot.com/2016/05/brahm-parambrahma-naad-brahm-veda.html

Brahmajnani: The empty space (Akasha, kham) with just the Consciousness (Brahm, Chit) without the veritable cosmos (Om) is called:
  • Shoonya/Shunya/Akinchan/Nasti Kinchan (The Great Void, Nothingness, Emptiness)
  • Eka (One) or Advitiya/Advaya/Advaita (One without a second, Nondual) Principle of Consciousness.
  • Avyakta (Unmanifest State), Ajanma (Unborn State) etc., of the Cosmos with Just Pure Consciousness/Awareness/Mindfulness.
Veda/Vedanta, spiritual scriptures, and many other religious scriptures are full of such terms or adjectives for the same One Reality, which is nothing but our own unthinkable reality that can be experienced only through Kundalini awakening.

The goal of religion, spirituality, and meditation: To realize our own reality.

Food for thought: In my No. 3 and No. 4 meditation experiences mentioned above, there was no Supreme Sound heard. If the Supreme Sound or the cosmic vibrations were to stop or change their frequencies, perhaps there would be a cosmic change/dissolution (Pralaya as mentioned in the ancient scriptures).

DNA and KUNDALINI
No scientist, no researcher, no doctor, nobody knew what DNA was. Only Kundalini awakened people knew what it was. Kundalini awakened people realized that Kundalini is a natural physical+spiritual phenomena, DNA being the physical Kundalini energy.

Modern: DNA
Ancient DNA
Medical science is about the body-mind complex made up of DNA/Physical Kundalini energy. The below ancient insignia is not created by modern scientists, doctors, or researchers. Modern medical science has its roots in ancient medical knowledge.
All sciences emerged when people started investigating age-old truths and beliefs. All natural elements and natural principles existed before. People just discovered them recently, and they called it science. Water was H2 + 0 always. People recently discovered/found H2 + 0 principle. Similarly, Kundalini was/is/will be always there. Nobody knows when scientists are going to find it out.

No scientist knows Kundalini science or spiritual science because they neither meditated nor had any real meditation experiences. Even if they tried meditation and experienced Kundalini directly, they cannot prove it to others through evidence. But yes, they can tell you how to experience the phenomenon called Kundalini.

We have political science, behavioral science, creation science, social science, domestic science, earth science, exact science, library science, materials science, policy science, soil science, etc. Similarly, we have Kundalini science and spiritual science, which not many know because it can only be directly experienced. When theology can become a science and cooking can become both an art and science, then why can't meditation become an art and Kundalini a science? Many scientists talk about global warming and many about global cooling. So what is the actual science?

If you follow certain rules of meditation, Kundalini and spirituality, within a short period of time, you will not only experience Kundalini but also your own inner spirit/spiritual reality. Then you will not seek any scientific explanations from anybody.

Brahmajnani: "As you cut and discard the head and tail of some vegetables before eating them, take only the essence, good and useful portions of a scripture."
"No Brahmajnana (Self-Realization, Self-Knowledge) Without Meditation and Spiritual Experiences in Meditation."

Beware of all types of gurus who teach lies about religion, meditation, and spirituality:

Warning: Religion, spirituality, and meditation are fraught with dangers. I know persons who have been reading scriptures for the last 50 years and are still reading them trying to understand the reality about themselves (I am not talking about gurus, preachers, or professionals who benefit from bookish knowledge of religion and spirituality). There are some persons who have read all the scriptures of all the religions of the world and now say that they spend sleepless nights as the information of the scriptures "burns inside their heads." What is the use of learning a maze of words if they lead you to nowhere or back to square one?
What you basically need to understand is that without meditation and meditation experiences, everything in religion and spirituality remains a second-hand knowledge, either read, heard, or thought about. So meditate.

Who am I? What am I? Koham? Self-enquiry, Atma Vichara, Adhyatma Chintana, Vichara Marga, Path of Self-Enquiry, Direct Path, Vihangama Marga

Those who practice Self-enquiry or "who-am-I meditation" keep on questioning themselves "who am I?" They try to understand the answer with their minds or hope that someone from within will give them an answer.

During meditation, when a thought comes to the "who-am-I meditation" practitioners, they question "whom did the thought come to?" Then they will question "who is asking the question 'whom did the thought come to?'" Then they will again question, "To whom did the above two questions come or who raised/brought up the above two questions?" They will answer "To me or I; so, who am I after all?"

They may also do it like this: "who is meditating?" They will answer to themselves, "I am." Then they will question, "So who am I?"

There are lot of other ways they keep asking this "who am I" question.

Is there any end to such questioning? Can this be a good meditation practice? Can you ever be silent with such questioning? Is this not a kind of mental activity? Can such questioning ever give an answer, because of the activity of the mind?

Questioning is an activity of the mind. The mind is cunning. It will trick you into asking many questions and will trick you with equal number of answers. You will be asking questions and answering them all by yourself all your life. Will this lead to any real spiritual experience?

TRUTH: I have been with or seen people asking themselves "who am I?" for 40 years or all their lives and still not getting any answer.  Not only that, it was surprising to know that they did not even have a single meditation experience to share. If you think I am wrong, then you can check for yourself by visiting the places where such practices are popularized and practiced. You can enquire the people who have been living, working, and/or meditating there for a very long time and find out the answers for yourself. Of course, you need to be smart enough to get an honest answer because people who cannot or do not want to speak the truth will come up with some cock and bull stories; the usual miraculous physical and psychological benefit stuffs of meditation.

SELF-INQUIRY ACCORDING TO INDIAN SCRIPTURES:
A verse from Yogavasishtha or Adhyatma Ramayana:

Koham kathamayam dosha samsaarakhya upagate, nyaayeneti paramarsho vicaareti kathyate
Vicharat Gnaayate Tattvadvishranti atmana, atho manasi gnatattvam sarva dukha parikshaya

Translation:
Who am I? How did I come into this defective samsara (world)?
Such investigation is called Vichara (enquiry).
Through enquiry, Tattva (The Knowledge/Reality of the Self and the Cosmos) is known.
Such knowledge brings repose in the Self, then follows peace and the end of dukha (suffering).

Vicharam na sahate sa maya
Translation:
That which cannot stand Vichara (enquiry) is Maya (illusory knowledge of the world).

Self-enquiry has been misunderstood by 99.99% of the people who practice it. Self-enquiry is finding the answers to questions such as Who am I? What am I? Where did I come from and where will I go to? What is death and what will happen to me after death? How am I conscious? What is consciousness? Who created me? Is there a God or a creator? etc. Such questions should turn a person toward spirituality, i.e., the course of one's life should change from worldly to spiritual. When this person turns spiritual, then he/she will have to seek the answers through meditation. The answer will come in Samadhi through Kundalini/spiritual awakening.

Self-enquiry is not an intellectual meditation technique! It is a spiritual Samskara (spiritual conditioning/inclination of a person), i.e., such doubts as who am I? will come to those persons who are spiritually evolved. Spiritually evolved persons are those who have very little or no attachments to the world, family, friends, and the triples desires of Kaama-Kaanchana-Keerti (sex, wealth, name and fame/ego satisfaction). Without getting rid of worldly attachments, if you do "who am I?" meditation for your entire life, you will not  get any answer.

By thinking, questioning and answering, you cannot become silent. Activity (questioning, answering, thinking) and Silence are the opposites. Without silence, you cannot have any spiritual experience/knowledge. Spiritual experiences are a must to get an answer for who am I?

"In Silence, Know Thyself!"
"In Silence, The Supreme Sound (Aham) is heard!"
"Be still, and Know That I am (Aham is) God!"

To know the answer for Koham=Who am I? What am I? What is Aham? What is ham? click:

When the mind becomes still or silent, the breath becomes equanimous, or a momentary swabhavika kumbhaka (natural cessation of breath) is achieved--spiritual awakening happens and the answer for "who am I?" will be known through direct experience.

Warning: If you have been practicing "Who am I?" meditation for more than 3 years and have not had any meditation/spiritual experiences listed in the link below, you need to rethink about spirituality and meditation.

WARNING: It's okay if you don’t meet a Brahmajnani (Self-realized seer) or realize yourself in this life, but never ever meet or follow a BHRAMjnaani (fake guru who will make you delusional).  If you do, then you will suffer your entire life.
